Premier Body Armor announced a new expansion to its custom-fit ballistic backpack insert line - Level IIIA panels cut specifically for Vertx’s latest Gamut Series. The new lineup covers five models: the Gamut 18L Sling, Gamut 22L Sling, Gamut 22L Pack, Gamut 26L Pack, and Gamut 32L Pack. Customers can buy the inserts alone, the Vertx bags on their own, or choose pre-configured armored bundles that combine each pack or sling with its corresponding insert and save 10%.
Built on Premier Body Armor’s experience engineering armor for both law enforcement and everyday carry, the Gamut inserts are precision cut for each bag. That means the panels sit cleanly inside the dedicated armor compartment in each bag, preserving the Gamut line’s low profile look, CCW ready layouts, and fast access features while adding Level IIIA handgun protection for daily use, range days, and travel.

The inserts are soft and flexible, built to drop into place inside each Gamut model without forcing a generic “one size fits many” panel into a dedicated CCW compartment.
