Late in 2022, the North Carolina based manufacturer of innovative firearms began production and shipment of two dynamic new products. October saw the first shipment of the Pivot™ Ultracompact Folding Rifle, the company’s first entrance in the rifle category. The Pivot™ 9mm carbine is a fully featured folding carbine that folds using a unique, patented technology which allows the upper receiver to be rotated and locked into a compact, 20.9” folded length, allowing for easy storage and discreet carry in a vehicle or backpack. The Pivot™ rifle uses GLOCK® 15-round magazines, features a machined aluminum upper/lower receiver set, picatinny rail for optics, MLOK® slots for accessories, and a three-position adjustable stock. The Pivot™ rifle was designed to provide a capable option in the ultracompact rifle space that meets the legal definitions of a rifle and avoids the potential legal pitfalls of SBRs, rifle-caliber pistols, and braced pistols.

In addition to the Pivot™ rifle, Trailblazer Firearms recently introduced the threaded-barrel version of the popular LifeCard folding pistol. Available from the factory as a polymer-handle or all-aluminum version, the new threaded-barrel LifeCard features the standard .22LR 1/2” x 28 TPI. The threaded-barrel LifeCard .22LR was introduced as the world’s smallest, lightest, most discreet production suppressor host. The threaded-barrel LifeCard .22LR made a splash at the RECOIL/SilencerShop suppressed range day, CANCON, as one of the most popular and quiet suppressed handguns at the event. Also available are accessory threaded barrels for existing LifeCard .22LR/.22WMR folding pistols.
