Primary Arms Names Kody Staples VP of eCommerce and Inbound Marketing

Primary Arms has announced the hiring of Kody Staples as Vice President of eCommerce and Inbound Marketing. In this position, Kody will oversee Primary Arms’ digital sales channels and ecommerce marketplaces, with responsibilities over Content and Editorial teams as well as Business Analytics, Email Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Kody brings over 12 years of experience as a leader in eCommerce and digital marketing. Kody launched his career at as a Retention Marketing & CRM Manager, creating strategic and operational initiatives that contributed to over $200M in annual revenue. Moving to Kohl’s Department Stores, Kody became Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation, developing comprehensive digital growth strategies while overseeing marketing and customer analytics positions.

Most recently, Kody served as Senior Director of Marketing and eCommerce Strategy at Truck Hero, America’s best-selling truck bed cover company and leading manufacturer for new truck accessories. There, he launched multiple direct-to-consumer digital properties and drove consistent YOY sales growth across 20+ eCommerce websites. He also designed an enterprise digital architecture that encompassed their entire eCommerce platform as well as CMS, CRM, marketing platforms, PIM, and other supporting cloud programs.

Now, as Vice President of eCommerce and Inbound Marketing at Primary Arms, Kody will undertake new responsibilities in leading the brand’s eCommerce strategy and implementation, boosting the performance of all Primary Arms’ core business units.
