After President Trump signed the One Big Beautiful Bill eliminating NFA taxes, SAF argues the government's constitutional authority for the law no longer applies. SAF now backs three cases: Brown v. ATF, Jensen v. ATF, and Roberts v. ATF, which includes plaintiffs Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, Center for Human Liberty, American Suppressor Association Foundation, Buckeye Firearms Association, and Meridian Ordnance.
