The AIRCHOPA 30Ti is made from titanium through additive manufacturing. Inside are eight baffles with a patent-pending Zero Flow baffle-tip geometry. Its 1.62-inch outside diameter gives the can a high-volume profile in a compact body. The finish is Cerakote C-Series Tungsten Gray.
Mounting is ready right out of the box. Every AIRCHOPA 30Ti ships with the Plan B HUB system, built on Bravo 1.375-24 HUB threads. A 5/8-24 direct-thread hub is included as well.
On a .308 Winchester host, the AIRCHOPA 30Ti cuts sound by 38.0 dB at the muzzle and 34.6 dB at the shooter's ear. Those numbers were measured with a Larson Davis Spartan Model 821.
The AIRCHOPA 30Ti is designed for bolt-action, single-shot and other non-gas-operated rifles. It is not a flow-through design and uses no additional venting. Compatible cartridges run from .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO up to 300 PRC. That range covers hunting favorites like 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester and .30-06 Springfield.
A lightweight internal lattice keeps the weight down. Because of that construction, firing schedules should stay under 15 rounds per minute. This matters most with magnum cartridges.
