NASGW Raises Its 2026 Commitment to NSSF's Protect Liberty PAC to $45,000 with Additional $20,000 Contribution

New contribution brings NASGW’s total support for Protect Liberty PAC since 2024 to $70,000 and confirms confidence in the PAC heading into Election Day

The NSSF's Protect Liberty Political Action Committee (Protect Liberty PAC) is proud to announce that the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) has made an additional $20,000 contribution to support its efforts in the 2026 election cycle. The new contribution builds on the $25,000 NASGW gave in January, bringing its 2026 commitment to $45,000 and its total support for Protect Liberty PAC since 2024 to $70,000.

NASGW was the first organization in the industry to stand behind Protect Liberty PAC, contributing $25,000 in March 2024 ahead of the PAC's first election cycle. It was again among the first to commit to the 2026 cycle, stepping forward in January, ten months before Election Day. Its return in the closing weeks of the campaign is another affirmation of support for Protect Liberty PAC's mission to elect candidates who will preserve and protect liberty, freedom and the Constitutional rights of all Americans, especially the Second Amendment.

"NASGW was with us at the very beginning, it was with us again at the start of this cycle, and now it is with us at the finish," said Lawrence G. Keane, Protect Liberty PAC's Treasurer. "That kind of consistency says more than any endorsement could. NASGW's members are the wholesalers, manufacturers, independent sales representatives, media and service providers who keep this industry running, and they understand better than anyone what is at stake in November. We thank NASGW and every one of its members, and with Election Day less than three weeks away, we hope others in the firearm, ammunition, hunting, recreational and shooting sports industry will follow NASGW's lead."

"NASGW's members do business with every corner of this industry, and they see firsthand what's at stake when Washington targets lawful commerce," said NASGW President Kenyon Gleason. "Protect Liberty PAC has put its resources where they matter most this cycle, and our board wanted to make sure it finishes as strong as it started. Election Day is close, so I urge everyone to donate now and help win these elections."
