CZ today announced the introduction of the CZ TS 3 ORANGE at IWA Outdoor Classics, marking the next evolution of its Tactical Sports competition pistol line.

Building on the championship-proven foundation of the CZ TS 2 ORANGE, the CZ TS 3 ORANGE introduces several key advancements designed for top-tier performance.
Optics-Ready for Modern Divisions
The CZ TS 3 ORANGE is engineered to support USPSA Limited Optics and IPSC Optics divisions. The slide features a direct-mount optics-ready system compatible with popular red dot footprints, including RMR, RMSc, DeltaPoint Pro, and Holosun K.
Optics mount directly to the slide via an integrated pin system, eliminating the need for adapter plates while maintaining a low optic height relative to the bore axis.
Refined Ergonomics and Control
The frame is machined from a single solid piece of steel, allowing for enhanced durability and improved ergonomics. A deeper undercut at the trigger guard and beavertail promotes a higher grip position for improved recoil management and faster follow-up shots.
The redesigned thumb rest features an elevated side-plate profile developed in collaboration with competitive shooters. The manual safety mirrors the thumb rest's 25-degree angle to provide a natural and repeatable support-hand position. Both components are reversible to accommodate left-handed shooters.
Additional enhancements include updated G10 grips for improved traction, a five-position adjustable magazine release, and a newly contoured magwell that blends seamlessly with the frame and guides magazines into place under match conditions.
Bull Barrel Performance
The CZ TS 3 ORANGE retains the heavy cold hammer forged bull barrel synonymous with the Tactical Sports line. Refinements to chamber geometry improve reliability and accuracy, while a newly designed crown enhances durability and consistency. The mirror-polished barrel exterior is nitrided for added surface protection.
Competition-Ready Trigger
The Single Action Only trigger system features a newly developed competition hammer and breaks at approximately 1.3 lbs. Take-up and overtravel are fully adjustable, delivering a crisp and consistent trigger press.
The CZ TS 3 ORANGE is being unveiled at IWA Outdoor Classics. U.S. availability is planned for later in 2026, with additional details to be announced at a future date.
