Job Opening: Director of Kinsey’s Brands Employment Type: Full Time
Reporting To: CEO Job Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552
The Director of Brands is responsible for overseeing daily operations and strategic direction for Kinsey’s Consumer Brands. Primary objectives are to increase sales through the development and execution of multi-channel strategies, strategically manage the global supply chain network, influence product development, and drive the Brands team towards operational results. In additional to top line growth, this position is tasked with producing continued positive returns on investments and overall brand profitability. The Director of Brands will work with the CEO on future brand strategies and direction and the COO on processes and implementation within the larger Kinsey’s structure.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
o Manage Brands team members and drive results in all areas.
o Travel for consumer events, trade shows and customer/supply chain meetings, expected 6-12 times per year.
Expectations
o Maintain professional and technical knowledge of Kinsey’s Brands products.
o Be proficient in computer systems related to operational needs
o Maintain competitive product pricing by negotiating material and supply costs
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
o Operate under legal binding Non-Disclosure Agreement
