This opportunity allows for remote or on-site positions at either the High Point or Thomasville, NC facilities. The compensation package includes a competitive base wage complemented by commission, with additional earning potential through sales incentives. Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
– Previous experience in distribution sales
– Comprehensive knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories
– Demonstrated ability to achieve company goals for outbound sales calls and dealer prospecting
– Interact effectively with credit, warehouse, and purchasing departments
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
– Maintain a positive attitude in the face of customer and colleague challenges
– Proficiency in order-entry software
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to remain focused while working remotely
– Attention to detail
– Willingness to undertake occasional travel
