Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets are excited to announce the addition of Steve Mullinax as National Sales Manager, effective July 14, 2025. With over a decade of experience in customer service and sales, Mullinax brings a strong track record of strategic leadership and operational management. His expertise in assessing opportunities and building client relationships will play a key role in advancing the continued growth and success of Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets.

Mullinax joins the team having most recently served as National Sales Manager at Blackpowder Products, Inc. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience in various roles such as customer service representative, sales coordinator and OEM sales manager. In addition to his industry background, Mullinax’s wealth of knowledge in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and leading teams will further the expansion of Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets in the ammunition industry.

In his new position as National Sales Manager at Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets, Mullinax will be responsible for U.S. and Canadian Distributors, Buy Groups, Farm and Home, Mid-States and Specialty Retailer accounts. Within these accounts, he will oversee sales cycles, placement and strategic forecasting. Mullinax’s leadership and deep understanding of customer needs will enhance the growth of both brands’ sales, delivering greater performance and innovation to consumers nationwide.
