Position Description: Brands Customer Service Coordinator

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Status: Full-time

The primary objective of the Customer Service Representative is to service consumers and retailers through delivering excellent support for Kinsey’s private label brands. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing all warranty resolutions, customer inquiries, and consumer orders by delivering knowledgeable and caring service. The Customer Service Representative will also attend consumer events and represent Kinsey’s consumer brands at shoots, consumer shows, and trade shows. In addition to being the primary consumer facing contact, the Customer Service Representative will support on the greater overall development of the division through a multitude of tasks that grow the brands and their consumer precense.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Poses a high knowledge of each consumer brand and brands products, including brands mission and objectives.
  • Manage warranty claims and identify defective and/or potentially hazardous product trends
  • Oversee all consumer-direct phone calls, e-mails, and orders.
  • Assist with implementation of in-stock and product/brand updates to websites.
  • Act as a liaison between Brands Division & Sales Teams by delivering product support, warranty updates, etc.
  • Complete Build Roster schedule for Production Team and assist with other stock reviews.
  • Assist purchasing with PO management and clean up processes
  • Assist purchasing with logistics coordination.
  • Assist with new item and product description processes.
  • Support in digital and social media strategies
  • Attend trade shows and consumer events. Expected travel 10 times per year.
