Job Opportunity: The High Road Group seeks a highly organized, multi-task individual with attention to detail for managing all media including production and content distribution. This person will be part of a TEAM and they will spearhead postproduction, video editing, and distribution efforts for television shows as well as digital content.

Who We Are: The High Road Group is a fully integrated media production company, specializing in producing an distributing captivating hunting and outdoor-related content. The High Road Group currently produces and distributes three award winning nationally broadcast outdoor TV shows, The High Road with Keith Warren, Deer and Wildlife Stories, and Dream Makers.

Position Type: Full Time

Position Type: Position Location – MUST be able to reliably commute to and from The High Road Group office in McQueeney, Texas.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the distribution of TV and digital assets across various platforms.

· Maintenance of the company website and sponsor portfolios

· Editing a variety of content

· Handling press releases for company announcements.

· Curating and managing show schedules.

· Crafting publishing notes and creating thumbnails for all content, both for network and online platforms.

· Facilitating the transfer and upkeep of footage and video servers.

· Occasionally undertaking a variety of editing and production tasks as required

Requirements:

· A passionate desire to deliver top-tier and top performing assets

· Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

· Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of Adobe suite programs such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects, including color grading.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project quality and delivery.

· Demonstrated capability in creating and distribution of high-quality video content.

· Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, as well as video editing proficiency.

Desirable Skills:

· Knowledge of hunting and wildlife is a bonus.
