Primary Arms Optics Opens Pre-Orders for PLx 1-8x24mm FFP Compact Rifle Scope

Primary Arms Optics opened pre-orders for their upcoming ultra-compact PLx 1-8x rifle scope. PLx optics meet the exacting demands of professional use, offering impeccable glass clarity and advanced features from state-of-the-art production facilities.

Improving on its predecessor, the fully redesigned PLx 1-8x24mm FFP Compact Rifle Scope has a 9.28-inch OAL and weighs only 16.95 oz. It features premium-grade Japanese ED lenses for superior light transmission, color correctness, and image clarity. Combined with its ultra-wide field of view (121ft @ 100yd) and forgiving eye relief, this scope is capable of exceptional performance from close quarters to long-range.

Made for the toughest conditions, this scope’s ruggedized 30mm body is both durable and lightweight. This scope is shock resistant, fog resistant, and waterproofed to outlast in even the most demanding environments, while its user-configurable turrets and innovative illumination technology help you achieve greater speed and precision on target. This is also the first PLx scope to feature Primary Arms’ AutoLive® Motion-Sensing illumination technology, and the reticle brightness ranges from night-vision compatibility to daytime settings.

So far, Primary Arms has announced three reticles, but the first available will be the ACSS® Raptor M8 Yards.

The ACSS Raptor M8 Yards reticle is a new variant of the Raptor series, featuring auto-ranging side and top crosshairs with a bold center horseshoe and BDC holdovers. At minimum magnification, the brightly illuminated horseshoe draws the eye for split-second acquisition at close quarters. At maximum magnification, the full features of the ACSS reticle become available, providing auto-ranging and bullet drop compensation for 5.56, 5.45, .308, and similar cartridges to 800 yards.

“The PLx 1-8x24mm FFP Compact Rifle Scope is a game-changing optic that can impress even the most discerning marksmen,” says Stephen Morgan, Director of Product Marketing at Primary Arms Optics. “This scope will define the pedigree of our future PLx releases, which spare no expense in delivering world-class materials and craftsmanship.”
