Outdoor Sportsman Group Announces Strategic Promotions

Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG) is pleased to announce a series of key executive promotions aimed at enhancing industry coverage and operational efficiency. These strategic changes underscore the company's commitment to optimizing client service and acknowledging the exceptional contributions of its team.

Mike Savino has been elevated to the position of Senior Vice President of Endemic Ad Sales. In his new role, Savino will leverage his extensive experience and industry knowledge to spearhead multi-platform initiatives that deliver material ROI for our partners, while maximizing revenue from endemic advertising channels. His proven track record in the hunting, shooting and fishing arenas will be instrumental in driving the group's ad sales programs, strategies and vision. Savino will report to Mike Carney, President & CEO of OSG.

Kevin Donley has been appointed as Senior Director of Non-Endemic Ad Sales. Donley's promotion reflects his success in opening new revenue streams and his innovative approach to non-endemic advertising partnerships. His leadership will continue to be a pivotal force in diversifying and expanding the group's advertising base. Donley will also report to Carney.

Jon Pereira steps into the role of Senior Director of Digital Ad Sales, bringing a wealth of digital marketing expertise and a forward-thinking approach to the team. Pereira's elevation is a testament to his strong performance and his strategic role in shaping the digital advertising landscape within the company. Pereira will report to Derek Sevcik, Executive Vice President, Operations for OSG.
