Position Highlights

The company is seeking both Senior Design Engineer and Mid-Career Design Engineer positions focused on:

• New Product Design: Leading the development of an innovative pistol family to complement the company's successful recent releases
• Safety & Validation Testing: Comprehensive testing protocols, including drop-safe certification and validation processes
• Magazine Design: Specialized expertise in magazine systems design is highly valued (not required)

Ideal Candidates

We are particularly interested in professionals with hands-on pistol design experience from industry leaders, including SIG Sauer, Springfield Armory, FN, Kimber, Staccato, Smith & Wesson, and Palmetto State Armory.

Required Qualifications:

• Mid to senior-level experience in pistol design and development
• Proven track record in firearm safety systems and testing protocols
• Self-motivated, team-oriented professionals
• Passion for innovation and product development
• Onsite position – no hybrid or remote.
