After an exemplary 28-year career with MKS Supply, we announce the retirement of Kelly Walton, a pivotal figure in our organization’s success. Kelly has served with distinction in multiple roles, including Sales Manager, Executive Vice President of Sales, Company Executive Vice President, and as a valued member of our Board of Directors. Kelly started out in the industry with Outdoor Sports in Dayton, OH and came to work at MKS from the inception of the company. Kelly’s not just a colleague, he’s the guy who could light up a room with a well-timed joke and make everyone feel like an old friend, no matter where he went.

Kelly’s leadership has been the heartbeat of MKS Supply’s growth, driving our success and cementing our reputation in the firearms industry. Whether he was charming the socks off folks at over 25 SHOT Shows, 20 NRA Shows, or countless distributor and dealer events, Kelly’s uncanny ability to remember thousands of faces, names, and the stories of where he first met them made him a legend. I’m sure many can remember the first time they met Kelly, and I’m sure many have a good bar story of “back in the day” involving Kelly.

Looking back I can honestly say, “it has been a pleasure to share this crazy ride through time with Kelly, the memories and adventures from the years of shows and hunting together from Ohio to Montana are endless and will be cherished forever, and being able to say that you worked most of your life with a true friend is a wonderful gift” says Charles Brown MKS Supply.

As Kelly hangs up his MKS hat on June 30, 2025, he’s already got big plans for retirement. He’s itching to spend more time in the woods hunting, trading his office for the outdoors, and making up for lost time with his wife, kids, and those adorable grandbabies he can’t stop bragging about. Knowing Kelly, he’ll probably have them all laughing around the campfire with his classic one-liners and a glass of Jameson.
