Requirements:
Three (3) or more years of International Customer Service/International shipping experience.
Experience in the Outdoor/Archery or Firearms industry considered a plus.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong data entry skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Team player.
Experience using SAGE MAS 200 considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide phone support for customers.
Accurate order entry and shipment processing.
Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.
Assist in developing and improving processes/procedures.
Support and assist sales management.
Attendance may be required at industry tradeshows.

Oversee the Customer Service Representatives.
Cross-train through all Domestic and International Customer Service positions.
Provide phone support for a select group of customers.
Provide phone support for customers to resolve product and service issues when necessary.
Accurate order entry and shipment processing.
Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.
Assist in developing and improving internal processes/procedures.
Assist in updating/maintaining specific company web-site features.
Support and assist sales management.
Attendance may be required at industry tradeshows.
