Celerant's CEO & President, Ian Goldman, kicked off the conference with a warm ‘Welcome Address’ highlighting the importance of going digital, and what it takes for dealers to win in today's retail landscape. Over the 3-day conference, Celerant offered a brand new ‘Retailer Boot Camp’, and hosted 25+ breakouts, interactive workshops and one-on-one sessions. This year’s conference offered sessions focused on eCommerce, search engine optimization (SEO), mobile shopping and range apps, and digital marketing; Celerant also offered several sessions to help retailers improve in-store and range operations, including mobile inventory, distributor integrations, ATF compliance, and back office accounting, and much more.
“It was great to see everyone in-person at our 19th annual client conference,” stated Ian Goldman, President and CEO of Celerant Technology. “As the industry continues to shift to online and mobile sales, it’s vital for our dealers to learn how to embrace a digital strategy or risk becoming obsolete; and that’s exactly what our conference provided. An impressive 75% of this year’s attendees are using our eCommerce platform, up from 50% last year, and we expect that number to increase. Our goal was to help our dealers go beyond eCommerce sales, and help them develop strategies to meet their customers’ needs everywhere they want to connect.”
