Detecting Excitement in the Building

Minelab, the world leader in metal-detecting technologies for gold prospecting, treasure hunting, and landmine clearance, will be fully detectable at SHOT Show 2023.

New products are the driving force on the floor – and Minelab will be exhibiting bonafide show stealers.

MANTICORE delivers an unrivaled detecting experience that pushes the boundaries of detecting while delivering more power, more depth, more information, and more finds.

Building on the successes of Minelab’s original Multi-IQ technology, Multi-IQ+ transmits more power through the coil at a wider range of operating frequencies to light up more targets in the ground. It has completely revamped signal processing, which delivers enhanced discrimination, greater Target ID resolution, improved target separation, and greater ability to tune discrimination and audio to suit detecting conditions.

See targets from a new perspective with MANTICORE’s Two-Dimensional (2D) Identification (ID) Map. A 100-Target ID range and a visual Ferrous Limits layer helps detectorists take greater control and identify targets with precision. Exceeding expectations with every swing, MANTICORE delivers improved Target ID stability and close-target separation. With customizable Ferrous Limits, detectorists have unprecedented control to accept ferrous coins, reject complex ferrous targets, or dial-in maximum target unmasking in iron.

Despite its power, MANTICORE weighs only 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs.) and features a three-piece, highly collapsible carbon-fiber shaft system with premium SCORPION Armrest. MANTICORE also features a large color screen that delivers the most intuitive user experience ever offered on a detector.

EQUINOX 700 All-Terrain, All-Treasure and EQUINOX 900 All-Terrain, All-Target

Minelab is pleased to announce two all-new additions to its popular EQUINOX Series: the next-generation EQUINOX 700 and 900 detectors.

New EQUINOX 700 and 900 models feature improved Target Separation capability, which adjusts recovery speed and iron bias. More high-resolution Target IDs – 119 total (99 non-ferrous and 20 ferrous) – help detectorists better distinguish between trash and treasure like never before.

EQUINOX 700 and 900 detectors (2.8 lbs.) are 5% lighter than EQUINOX 600 and 800 models (2.96 lbs.) as well.

Dive deeper to find more treasure. The new submersible EQUINOX 700 and 900 detectors are rated IP68, providing improved waterproof performance to 5 meters (16 ft.).

EQUINOX 700 and 900’s five Audio Modes with user-configurable options mean the sound of treasure has never been clearer. Detectorists will not only hear if a target is trash or treasure, but they’ll also be able to gauge its size and depth simply by listening.

Additionally, Minelab’s new EQUINOX 700 and 900 detectors ensure that the hunt won’t end when the sun goes down. New features like Control Pod Flashlight, Red Backlight Display, Backlit Keypad, and Handgrip Vibration combine to help detectorists find their way to treasures long after others have given up the search.

Located in the Venetian Expo Level 1, this year’s Minelab booth (#41516) is a can’t-miss stop for SHOT Show attendees.

Made famous by the hit History Channel show, The Curse of Oak Island, Minelab DETEXPERT, Gary Drayton, will be in the Minelab booth on Wednesday, January 18, greeting fans and providing tips and other information relative to Minelab metal-detecting equipment and technologies.
