BPI Outdoors Announces Scot Fischer as CEO

BPI Outdoors is pleased to announce the hiring of Scot Fischer as the new CEO. BPI’s former CEO Nate Treadaway stated, “I firmly believe that Scot will be very complementary to the organization and will bring support and strength to many areas at BPI with his experience – BPI is fortunate to recruit him at the right time for him to be able to say “yes” to the opportunity.”

Scot Fischer graduated from The United States Military Academy in 1993 and then served his country for 5 years as an Officer in the Army. He is loyal, stable and disciplined. He has been in manufacturing since 1998 when he started at Ford Motor Company as a Maintenance Supervisor. Scot has a great lean background, quality, engineering, operations and has good business development experience from his days at Cintas where he was responsible for sales growth and profitability. Scot developed a formal project management organization at FN to lead new product introduction. Scot has a Six Sigma Green Belt, an engineering undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Management. Scot grew up hunting and fishing and is excited to take on this new role.”
