Easton is searching for an International Sales Manager to develop its international customer base. This vital sales role will help define and implement strategies for international wholesale distributors and serve as the company expert in the overseas archery market. Additionally, this position will assist with the planning and implementation of promotions and marketing content. The International Sales Manager will coordinate with all distributor customer contacts, both personally, and through the in-house customer service team. This role will build relationships through on-site visits, trade show attendance, and serving as a key contact for professional archers around the world.

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Knowledge of the global archery industry and general business practices of wholesale international distributors
• Knowledge of archery product marketing techniques
• Sales skills that drive volume and develop relationships
• Experienced in managing large dollar volume accounts with a results-driven approach
• Experience in strategic pricing, cost, and selling program development
• Commitment to the internal and external customer experience
• Resourceful and organized
• Proficient in verbal and written communications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, and/or experience that relates directly to the business aspects including sales and marketing – preferred not required
• Candidates with international archery industry experience are highly encouraged to apply
