In response to popular demand from its rapidly growing fanbase, Umarex Airguns is now offering the Umarex Origin .22 as a stand-alone rifle in the U.S. The Origin was first introduced in 2020 as a kit that contained both the rifle and a 3-stage hand pump for filling the gun’s on-board air reservoir. This packaged combination offered tremendous value for shooters who were just entering the PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) precision air rifle arena.

The .22 caliber Umarex Origin PCP rifle utilizes the Ever-Pressure Tank System, an innovative technology that can be filled with a hand pump or high-pressure air compressor—like the Umarex ReadyAir—in less than half the time and energy normally required by PCP rifles that have similar air capacity.

The Origin delivers stunning energy levels of 32 ft. lbs. with 11gr RWS Hobby pellets and 34 ft. lbs. with 14gr JSB Exact pellets, with velocities exceeding 1100 fps and 1052 fps, respectively. The Umarex Rotary Multi-Mag holds 10 rounds of .22 caliber pellets. A fully shrouded precision rifled steel barrel guarantees accuracy of 1 MOA at 40 yards. The simple side lever cocking action and combination Picatinny/11mm rail are features demanded by airgunners around the globe.
