With over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources leadership, Ozzie Cortes is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive expertise from both domestic and international operations. Focusing on growth-driven organizations, Ozzie’s experience includes strategic leadership planning, leadership development, talent readiness, performance management, employee relations, risk management, and other key HR functions.

Most recently, Ozzie served as Head of Human Resources for an organization which tripled its size within three years, achieving and exceeding all key business targets. This performance echoes Ozzie’s track record in organizations ranging from start-ups to internationally recognized brands.
