Primary Arms has named U.S. Foreign Military Sales expert Kelly Rosenberger to lead as Director of Government Programs & Sales.

Kelly Rosenberger brings a diverse portfolio of experience in Joint, Interagency, and Multinational engagement with extensive experience in U.S. Foreign Military Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Human Resource programs. Prior to joining the Primary Arms Government team, Kelly led the Near East South Asia Center’s efforts in Saudi Arabia, supporting the transformation of the Saudi Arabia Command and Staff College to an internationally accredited National Defense University in Riyadh, managing a $23.4M Foreign Military Sales case.

Kelly holds a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Master of Science in Administration - Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame. Beyond his interest in firearms and optics, Kelly is an avid scuba diver and certified PADI Divemaster.

As the Director of Government Programs and Sales, Kelly will work with our Government Team staff, clients, community partners, and all stakeholders to amplify Primary Arms Government branding, develop the division, and improve sales. Kelly will take the helm in strategic planning, both to boost program growth and enhance its operational effectiveness.
