The Murray Road Agency is looking for an energetic and well-versed marketer. Our new hire will have a solid background in marketing, communications or social media. The ability to quantify results and analyze impact is a must. Performance marketing experience is a plus. We need someone who is comfortable and confident with most consumer touchpoints and can work with brands of all sizes in different verticals. In addition to relevant previous work experience, we’re looking for new ideas, approaches and energy that will continue to propel us forward. Knowledge of, passion for and experience in the outdoor, hunting and shooting industries is preferred.

- Operate and use industry-standard programs,/technologies/platforms for social media, reporting, marketing, public relations and related services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Published work and previous projects in use for organizations/brands/companies
- Proven writer with editing skills/experience
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Photography and videography experience a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Experience with eNewsletters and other dynamic consumer marketing or communication efforts.
