TriStar Arms, Inc. is currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of National Sales Manager. TriStar Arms, located within the Kansas City Metro Area, has exceeded growth and sales expectations leading to an expansion of its sales team.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for managing current accounts across the two-step distribution channels, as well as building growth in regional box stores and national chain accounts. This position requires personal flexibility for domestic and international travel (40-60 days a year), to be located (or relocated) in the Kansas City area, 5 or more years of experience within the Shooting and Hunting Industry, and knowledge of the firearm markets with regards to historical and sociopolitical sales.
The National Sales Manager will work directly with the President to identify underdeveloped markets and create new sales channels to fuel growth. Candidates need to be well versed in sales and have a vast understanding of growth trends within the firearms industry. This position requires diverse professionalism across different market segments.
